Membership Requirements

The Membership of "Buraaq India" is open to all travel agents who agree with the aims and objects of the Organisation.


Agency Documents
Application form fully filled in block letters with signatures and company seal.

Shop & Establishment Certificate. (Gumashta License)
Leave and License Agreement or Ownership Proof of Office.
Address Proof (Electric Bills / Telephone Bills)
Copy of All Allied Memberships and Accreditions for eg. IATA , IRCTC, TAAFI, TAAI.
Audited Financial documents available for the last 2 years e.g. I.T. Returns, Balance Sheet,
P & L statement.. Memorandum of Article of the company if applicable.
Last three years Bank Statement for Current Account.
Company Pan Card.
Personal Documents
Passport copies.
Pan Card.
Saving Bank Account Statements.
Election Card.
Adhaar Card.
Driving License.

Apart from the above documents we need the following.

Office pics should show your Sign boards, Staff sitting Area, Cabins in office and all other facilities you want us to notice.
Refundable Security Deposit via D/D or Cheque in favour of 'All India Hajj and Umrah Tours Pvt. Ltd.’
Annual Registration Fees via D/D or Cheque in favour of 'All India Hajj and Umrah Tours Pvt. Ltd.’
