Beef may be purchased in 1/4's, 1/2's, whole or by the cut.
Custom orders are taken on 1/2 or whole orders should you have specific thickness, weights and wrapping instructions. Beef is sold at a hanging weight of $2.50 per lb, you pay for processing. All beef is inspected and processed through either Eickmans Processing or Lena Maid Meats.
Non Custom orders are also taken on 1/4's, 1/2's and whole and are sold as follows :
Price per 1/4 ( approx 100 lbs of packaged, ready for pick up beef ) is $3.25 per lb. This includes processing, freezer wrapping and all cuts and steaks shown below with the exception of T-Bones and Porterhouse steaks.
Price per 1/2 ( approx 200 lbs of packaged, ready for pick up beef ) is $3.75 per lb. This includes processing, freezer wrapping and all cuts and steaks shown below with the exception of T-Bones and Porterhouse steaks.
